About this Cocktail
OK so not the most original, but this is a wonderful, wonderful drink that is worth going top-shelf for. Stealing Sazerac flavours into the Manhattan format. Snazzy.
Ingredients:
- 30ml Van Winkle Family Reserve Rye
- 30ml Hine VSOP Cognac
- 10ml Cocchi Di Torino Sweet Vermouth
- 10ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
- Dash Peychaud's Bitters
- Rinse of Absinthe
Preparation:
Stir the first five ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe which has been rinsed with absinthe. Garnish with a cherry.
