Double Irish

About this Cocktail
Original creation using some of my favorite ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Irish whiskey (Jameson)
- .5 oz Aperol
- .25 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling Apple cider
- Splash of lingonberry juice
Preparation:
Combine in mixing glass and swirl with ice. Pour into old fashioned glass, and splash in some lingonberry juice.
